Sharing our stories through writing with other women is a freeing process. Our workshops blend mindfulness and writing instruction to get your creativity flowing. While fear and pressure often interfere with authentic expression, our workshops offer a safe, nurturing

space to break free.

Building Compassion:

a Journaling, Meditation & Yoga

Workshop Series (online)

We live in a digital era flooded with messages of self-care: journal, meditate, bathe, exercise, and eat healthy. Simply put, do ALL of this self-care EVERY DAY and your world will be zen. Yet, for the vast majority of us, juggling work, love, families, and social lives makes it difficult to maintain a self-care regimen.

Honing compassion is one way to the so-called “zen” life. Let’s take a 4-week journey, designed just for women, to clear the clutter of the right brain, opening a path to greeting your life with compassion. This workshop series offers a blend of reflective journaling, breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, and restorative yoga. Our talented teachers will lead you in a contemplation of difficult emotions so we can ultimately tap into compassion. What a way to kick off 2018!

Nikki Weiner

Lead Facilitator &
Writing Instructor

Nikki Weiner is a published writer, spoken word artist, educator, and the Founder & CEO of Building Bold. She brings to the table 3 years of  experience facilitating women’s leadership workshops. Nikki also works with people across the globe to learn Chinese, Spanish and English, and express themselves through writing. 

Molly Tow

Meditation Teacher

Molly Tow is a New York City-based Meditation Instructor specializing in Shamatha (breath) and Metta (Lovingkindess) practices. Molly offers instruction at M N D F L Meditation Studio and also works on a freelance basis.

Molly Arnn

Yoga Teacher

Molly Arnn is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. She was trained at the Asheville Yoga Center. Her speciality is teaching flow-based classes, and drawing on her training in yin yoga and strength training. She is also the founder of Imaginary Constellations Yoga.
