Online Workshop: Writing Your Way to Your Inner Child | Nov. 29th @ 7-8:30pm EST
Through a powerful blend of meaningful journaling and meditation, we will explore how to reconnect with our inner child. Amidst a digital era, we are flooded with distractions and excuses to harbor immense stress instead of confronting our difficult emotions. Beneath our tendency to numb is our child-like spirit. Together we will contemplate the stories that block us and find our way home.
In this workshop you will:
- Practice meditative techniques to ground and get your creativity flowing.
- Utilize journaling exercises and prompts to engage in a dialogue with your inner child.
- Share (if you choose) with an intimate gathering of women around the globe.
- Receive guided support from our Founder and published writer Nikki Weiner.

Me, Too: Manhattan | Nov. 27 @ 8:30pm-10pm EST
As the #MeToo posts continue to flood our feeds, and more stories emerge of men committing acts of misconduct and violence against women, it is time to bring a new level of awareness and visibility to these issues.
Our Me, Too Town Hall will be an open forum conversation around what we can all do to make women feel safer speaking out, make men more aware and accountable for their behavior, and how we can heal together as a community. We will also have featured spoken word artists share their stories to generate further conversation and healing through expression.

Building Bold Poetry Collective | Nov. 11 @ 8:30pm
Our Poetry Collective brings together an empowered group of female spoken word artists . We’ll take off our masks and share our raw and vulnerable stories about womanhood that transcend our intersecting and diverse human experiences. The Building Bold poetry collective is committed to spreading solidarity, empowerment and truth.
We'll be performing about mental health at Borne Dance Company's fundraiser at Nieves Latin Dance Studio on November 11 at 8:30 pm! Come join us for a night of dance, music, spoken word, and refreshments.
